Mike spent 16 years at the Ministry of Defence, where he led 2 major transformation programmes as a 2* Director. Prior to this he served as Chief of Staff to the 4* Vice Chief of Defence Staff and as the Head of Strategy for the Royal Navy. He started his career at the Defence Science and Technology Lab.

Jules joined Arondite after four years at LILT AI, where he led international government expansion into EMEA and Australia. Jules also served in the British Army as an infantry officer before moving into a specialist role, and later worked advising and investing in startups with a focus on AI. He holds a First-class degree in Music and Russian.

Rachel spent 18 years as a Warfare Officer in the Royal Navy, beginning her career in Mine Hunter, Frigate and Aircraft Carrier operations. She most recently conducted transformation and strategic planning of maritime capabilities across Military Strategic Headquarters.

Ben served as an infantry officer and specialist team leader in the British Army before moving into the training and development of future military leaders. He holds a First in Chemical Engineering and earned the Sword of Honour at Sandhurst for top overall performance.

Zélie holds a First in International Relations from King’s College London and a Master’s in Strategy, Cybersecurity, and Intelligence from Johns Hopkins SAIS. Prior to joining Arondite, Zélie worked on strategic technology policy at the Centre of Strategic & International Studies.

Peter began his career working in Unilever’s global strategy consulting team before moving to TTP, where he led technology development programmes to design first-of-a-kind energy and carbon capture systems. He holds First-class Bachelor's and Masters Degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Dian studied Physics at Imperial College London before beginning his career at Oxford Instruments. He then completed a PhD in Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where the focus of his research was in applied superconductivity.

Tom completed a PhD in reinforcement learning in Özgür Şimşek’s lab at the University of Bath, during which he published work at ICLR and NeurIPS. Prior to his doctoral studies, he earned First Class Masters Degrees in Data Science and Aerospace Engineering. He also served as an Officer in the British Army..

Jamie graduated with a First in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow. He has previously led development efforts across autonomous driving, automotive safety AI and cybersecurity, and was selected as an Entrepreneur First 'Entrepreneur n Residence'.

Edward holds a BA in Law from Cambridge and spent 12 years in legal practice prior to joining Arondite as General Counsel and Commercial Director. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and closing deals in private investments, public RFPs, venture capital, tech licencing, and tech procurement.

Henry has over a decade of experience across strategic communications, marketing, and public affairs. He previously led corporate affairs teams at Northrop Grumman and Ultra Group, having begun his career at global advisory firm Brunswick Group. Henry holds a degree in Geopolitics from University College London.

Sophia began her career at Garrison Technology, where as Head of Central Operations she helped grow and scale the business from fewer than 20 to nearly 200 employees, and ultimately through to a successful exit. She brings this experience to her role as Head of Operations at Arondite. Sophia holds a BA in History from American University.

Viv brings broad experience across the defence sector, having worked in information operations, and then as a consultant at the UK Ministry of Defence on tech implementation, innovation initiatives and operational improvements. Viv is also a serving infantry Army Reserve officer, and holds a degree from Oxford in Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

Gábor covers Technical Operations at Arondite. He joined the company after leading the IT function at Garrison Technology, where he played a key role in developing secure IT systems and operational processes during a period of rapid growth.
